1. Engagement Scope

By engaging Drishya Design, you agree to our turnkey or design consultation models. All project execution steps are guided by a signed layout schematic and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) contract sheet, which lists precise material parameters and finishing levels.

2. Payment Structure & BOQ Policy

All project budgets are divided into milestone stages (typically concept signup, joinery fabrication initialization, and on-site handovers) as detailed in the master BOQ contract. Once signed off, the BOQ represents a locked budget scheme. Any client-led changes after BOQ locks are treated as secondary modifications and are billed under custom change-order templates.

3. Timelines & Site Handover

We commit to strict timeline parameters. Standard apartments require 8–16 weeks, and full turnkey villas require 12–24 weeks. These timelines assume seamless site handovers from the builder, structural check approvals, and structured payments. Drishya Design is not liable for structural delays stemming from force majeure or community association restrictions.

4. Custom Joinery & Materials

Drishya Design guarantees high-status, genuine materials (such as IS:710 BWR plywood and Blum/Hettich custom hardware panels). We coordinate fabrication in our clean wood shop. Natural finishes like wood veneer and marbles will present unique organic grains and shade variations, which are a hallmark of authentic quality.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All digital design drafts, 3D renderings, floor blueprints, elevations, and structural schematics generated by Drishya Design remain the exclusive intellectual property of the studio and may not be reproduced or utilized outside our authorized turnkey execution without explicit consent.
